Hello to all members, I'm new to the forum. Have been bbqing for a while, nothing major......just backyard stuff, but I enjoy it.

Hope you don't get annoyed with new members questions,lol.

Right now I do all my smoke/bbq. on my Weber kettle, or my Grill Pro, I also have a Smoke Hollow electric smoker that I use exclusively for jerky.

Would love to build a brick bbq., but am having a hard time finding the "right" plan,(one my wife will approve), so if anyone has a suggestion, I'd appreciate it.

My chosen field of work is HVAC, but I'd rather do bbq.
