New Grill Store!

We just got a new Grill/BBQ store here in town! :D Some very nice stuff in there. Besides some very high-end grills and smokers, they have an outstanding array of spices, rubs and sauces.

As a promotional grand opening, they're raffling off 2 Weber Genesis Silvers and cooking a half hog on the spit. Free food and beer, too! I'm waiting on my phone call to pick-up my new Genesis................. :shock:

How was the hog? I hope you stayed for a taste.It was great, Neil! It was a bit different coming off the Spit like that, as opposed to a smoker. I'd never seen anybody use straight apple cider vinegar to spray with before, either.
