I found this site after reading through amazingribs.com. I have been smoking and grilling for a few years now and find it one of the most relaxing and enjoyable ways to spend a day. I'm hoping to tap into the knowledge on this forum to get better at it and produce some truly great bbq. Ribs are my favorite thing to try, mostly because the "perfect rib" seems always out of reach but always worth pursuing!

I've focused on meats so long I don't have any experience in making great side dishes- my wife has always handled that stuff. :icon_blush: I can't wait to see what you guys have to teach about it all and appreciate you letting me lurk around here from time to time.
