Hello to all, I'm from the Boston area, actually a bit south of the city. I've been lurking for a while and just joined the forum. I've been cooking with my Weber Silver B gasser for the past decade plus and have just started experimenting with charcoal again. I know I've come to the right place to learn!

I have an old Weber Go Anywhere, Snap-On edition that I've had for about 25 years and had only used twice a long time ago. It is red with the wooden handles. I'll post a pic or two sometime soon. Anyway, I pulled it out of mothballs a week or so ago and have cooked on it a few times now. I need something bigger to use as a primary grill. I'll be exploring here and asking questions on what to get. I look forward to learning and joining your community.

Greetings and welcome from Hickory, North Carolina :)

I have become quite fond of the Weber stuff myself and have purchased a smokey mountain, one-touch gold kettle, and a smokey joe all in the last two months...

I haven't given a UDS any thought yet. I'm thinking of starting off with a Weber One Touch and seeing how it goes from there. I have looked at the OTG and the Performer. I have a lot of reading and learning to do here!
