My friend Tim said I should introduce myself.
I'am Jack. also known as Boss Cooker. I design and build custom cookers. I also cook whenever I can.
I met Tim while in Florida at Christmas. He gave me some of his special rub for the Christmas Turkey. It turned out grand. Thanks, Tim. :D

Welcome aboard Jack. Enjoy what you learn and share what you know, it's what we do. I'm from Michigan but as I type this I'm in Quitman, Arkansas visiting relatives. Always enjoy coming down to the Ozarks. Found my NB Bandera last year down in Conway. I'd like to stop by sometime on a future trip and check out your smokers.

Welcome Jack.

That intro reminded me of the Holy Grail scene.

Shrubberies are my trade. I am a shrubber. My name is 'Roger the Shrubber'. I arrange, design, and sell shrubberies.

Glad to see ya make it Jack! Seems like a great goup of guys here.

The rub I gave him for the turkey was something I made up in the back room Kevin but I did send samples of alot of yours. He likes heat so he was fond of the Sweet Orange Habanero and the jerk. I definitely sent some beef, rib rub, and Garlic Lovers back to Arkansas withn him.

Talk to ya soon Jack!

Hardy is north central of the state. On the Spring River.
A side note, We have ten rental cabins in Hardy. For those folks that like river floating. On weekends during the summer the town fills with visitors that shop Hardy's Main Street antique stores and events on the river. 8)

Spring River is a very nice river. I have bee there the last three years and have had a blast. We have stayed at Spring River Oaks (away from the really wild crowd at Many Islands).

My aunt and uncle used to go to Cherokee Village for river floats and trout fishing.

Jack do you have a web site for your smokers?

I hope to jump in now and then.
We are moving into a new shop near Hardy. That is where Tim's new 72 will be built. Then a trip to deliver it along with some seasoned hickory. 8)
