Unsolicited comments here but...
For ANYONE who has not tried this rub yet, you must do so immediately! This is one of those rubs that literally will have hundreds of uses.
OK, off my soap box.:becky:

Oh Lord, I hope not to see that for a while. I've still got a couple of bottles left to go through first!
My unsolicited comment: Last night Jeannie fried some catfish and boiled some spuds. I sprinkled Jerk rub on the spuds (awesome) and she said, "Dang! I should have mixed some of that in with the fish coating!"
The stuff is GREAT. Can't wait to try the next one. (nudge nudge)

damn, I thought this thread was where we got to call Todd a jerk (I can't do it on Facebook, his picture scares me!).
I all seriousness, this is some good stuff! It is my favorite Plowboys rub, makes great wings, which are a huge part of our pregame festivities around here.
Hit them with a heavy coat, throw them in the cooker for about an hour then finish over a hot grill to crisp the skin. toss in your fave sauce and it's time to watch the game!
5#ers would be nice. (hint hint)

Shaking it on regular Or-Idas to make seasoned fries and on Sweet tater fries is good too.

A liberal dose of the Jerk and a spritz of Apple juice a few times during a cook and the meats get a nice glaze.
I love it on everything.
