I'm totally new to BBQ. I cook a lot but had never barbecued before. I just bought myself a Weber kettle and hope to master it one day. I love pork and any smoked food so I think the kettle will be a welcome addition. But be warned, as a total beginner, I will have loads of stupid questions to come.
By the way, english is a second language for me so I'll do my best to be clear in my questions.
