If I find some really nice looking parsley how long can it be held in the fridg? keith

Trim the stems, stand them in cold (add some ice) water and keep below 40 degrees. Spritz with water twice a day and they sould keep for at leasy a week.

I usually buy mine a week before the comp and they look good if not better than the day I bought them. Wrap the stems in wet paper towels and keep them in a bag in the fridge. They can probably be kept longer than a week, but I've never tried to chance it.

The max we held it for was a week.
