Well I'm finally open. Last week I was open 2 days and this week since Wednesday (normal schedule is Wednesday through Saturday). Had my best day yesterday when I ran out of food by three. The days are long but go by fast, I'm having a ball. Here are some picks of the trailer, still have some organizing to do.

Your smallest family meal is your best deal. It is cheaper to buy the small pack and a slab than it is to buy the medium pack. In the medium and large packs, you are getting a dollar or more for each bun. I'm not criticizing, my brain automatically does math on me. I am looking at doing some of the same types of packs for football games and was curious what you had. Good luck with your operation. You've done a nice job with that rig.

Hey Rich,

Ray, I'm in Essex. It's about 100 miles north west from the NH boarder on RT89.

I'd love to see you but I'm not that close to NH. Closer to Quebec.

Thanks

Everything looks great and Good Luck.

I did notice while looking at the pictures, that your FAQ has a typo in the why is my food pink section. You used fasion and I am assuming you meant fashion.

I've had them a couple years. I ordered some (100 I think) and with the code someone on here posted I got 100 free. I still have a couple packs in Basement.

Nice Setup! Where is your base kitchen or does NH not require you to be in a certified kitchen to vend?

I don't know about NH but here in Vermont my home kitchen is inspected, certified and I have a "Home Catering License" to go with my commercial license.

Rich
I have a few questions on your vending trailer what type of hot water heater, how larger is the fresh water tank, I see that you have three electric steam tables they must use a lot of energy? What are you using for power and do you do all your cooking there.
