Hello from Lubbock, been grilling and indirect cooking for sometime now, recently started smoking. Used a 55gal drum sideways, a master built 7in1, a weber 22.5in grill, a brinkman water smoker, a vertical propane smoker (still have for when I don't have time to babysit) , to my recent a char-griller duo with sfb. I have gotten rave reviews from family, friends and co-workers on my Q, also cooked some stuff the dogs wouldn't eat. Starting my UDS smoker build this weekend, looking forward to a charcoal/wood smoker i don't have to baby sit and feed constantly. Have been reading the forums for some time now just thought I'd finally register and ask questions and hep out if possible.

Entering my 1st comp in July, still trying to figure out what to cook.
A) Drunk Cajun Turkey
B) Drunk Cajun Yard Bird
C) Ribs (baby back and spare)
D) Pork Butt (pulled pork)
E) Brisket
F) All of the above

Big George's BBQ
