Southern Indiana here almost to the Ohio river... just off of Patoka Lake.... I've been burning stuff in the name of grilling for 30 years and got halfway good at it!!:heh: Found this site and got a whole new inspiration not to mention a budding obsession I think... Built a UDS done a couple of smokes so far and now I'm hooked :thumb: Other things I am obsessed by are brewing beer and making cheese... and I'm a fairly good regular cook to boot. got a Siberian Husky named Tasha we live in the hills just above the lake. We got as fairly nice lil place.... big garage.. couple of acres and about 50k acers of the Hoosier National Forrest for a back yard. Nuthin fancy but it's mine and paid for to boot. I'm a fair mechanic , good woodworker and construction professional by trade.... semi retired ( which just ticks the ex off to no end :laugh:) Drop me a note and I can at least give U a fishing update on the lake!!
