Hello Brethren,
I live in Mead, WA and am about nine months into my BBQ journey. I've started with a Traeger 075 and have been cutting my teeth on pulled pork, BB ribs, pork sirloin, whole chicken, whole turkey, brisket, ribeyes, burgers and a couple batches of ABT's. My results have ranged from very moist and tasty :clap2: to very dry and bland :doh:. I've been looking for a forum to join to hone my skills and form some new friendships. It definitely looks like I've found a new home. Thank you all for the great posts and I look forward to getting to know you!
