Thanks to you all for the congrats! I wish we had more of that commodore here in Utah. One of the greatest things about competing out of state has been the friends we have met and the sharing of each other successes as we compete with/against each other.

17 teams. A win there puts us in the Jack Draw and all kinds of IBCA Championship contest. It was our first time cooking an IBCA event and it was really fun.

Thanks for posting the results over here - I was so tired when I got in that I posted where I thought was most important --

This was a great event - thanks to James for bringing the IBCA to Utah - all of the teams were just great -- this is what I like about my job -- meeting all of the good people in BBQ

Congrats to all that had their names called.

Hope to see you down the road soon - maybe even in Texas:laugh:

Congratulations to Roger and Rodney on their GC. This event was fun to do as there was plenty of time to talk with our fellow cooks. It was great to meet the husband and wife "Gonzo" teams who have been cooking IBCA contests since its inception. Barbie is a true inspiration.
Thanks to R&R BBQ for cooking dinner on Friday night too.
Hope the event returns next year.

Benny
