For those of you who use the wire chafing racks you can get at Sam's - where do you find disposable full tray pans for them? I've seen the full tray water pans, but nothing in a full size that would fit in the water pan. Current use disposable 1/2 trays but have a customer looking for a couple of full trays & would prefer sending that to several 1/2 trays.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use the same full size foil pan as the water pan, but pieces of wood or PVC pipe between them to allow room for the water. Works great!

Yup, you'll have to use a spacer for a full pan.

Color me stupid! Never even thought about spacers. Thanks guys.

BTW - Bubba - former Detroit boy here & loving the Q renaissance going on back there. Gotta make a trip out sometime. Digging the Facebook feed for Lockharts. Keep up the great work!

Restaurant supply companies like Sysco sell the shallow ones.

We use 4 inch hotel pans for water (About1/2 inch), and drop the disposable aluminum pans full of food on top of them.
