Fried Local Smelt
Crab Stuffed Sweet Peppera
Spicy Tiger Prawns
Braised Pork Belly in Clam Shell Buns
Ma Po Tofu
Crispy Duck

We're full...

Larry doesn't drink and since I was driving him, I did not drink either. Rob had a really nice ginger cocktail though. Strangely, I got home and this came with me...

How are the trotters? There's a butcher where I can get those and I've been wondering about them.

They are tasty. I recommend trying them.

The trotters are skinned then smoked then braised in a pot with pork belly over the top (kind of like a lid)

After pulling they are serves with pickles and plain white bread.

That Elclair looks HUUUUGE in the WW pic Larry.

Also, the review on the Hog Heaven Rub caught my eye. When we go to the Fla. Keys, there is a place in Ilsamarada we like to go to with the same name and logo. They have excellent food (and Q) and a great atmosphere right on the Ocean side. Just curious if it's the same place. BTW, I enjoy your blog too.
