I remember you said were thinking about it. Just curious. How 'bout anyone else? I got my new BSKD just in time as the weather reports say low 50's by next weekend... so prime it and ready to roll!

I guess I can toss some fatties in it while it is priming or should I wait?

I'm stoked!

Not the event I planned, but I am cooking today. Got the deal done on my truck today and have ribs in the cimarron. Planned on doing a pork loin but I unwrapped it and major phew mod. Loin was no good back to wal-mart. Had them check another before I left it was no good either. Checked 2 more and I just told the lady I'd cook something else, got more ribs and went home.

Going to put on a 7# whole center loin pork roast after I get home from church today. Must do the bandera shelf mod first, cut the loin in half!

smoking some chicken breasts to foodsaver for later use in enchiladas. Probably fix chalupas for dinner and finish them in the smoker for a bit.

Today is my Birthday and I am not allowed to cook today. I WILL be cookin on Tueday, got a craving for more smoked peppers, and Ribs are always welcome in the smoker.

Yesterday, I broke out Brisket, Butt and Sirloin that I had smoked previous, cubed it and put together a Chili Verde that was Awesome! Had know idea that Food Saved 'Q made such good Chili! Wow! Unfortunately, it's been terlet mod all day today.

Got Johnsonville brats smoking on the kettle now - waiting to pull those off for dinner tonight. Yum!

I hope there was a good reason for that. My OL and I had it out yesterday cuz she thinks I smoke too much. "Every weekend" she said. So farking what? You bet your ass I smoking on my b-day, unless of course one of my SoCal brothers plans on doing it for me. :wink:
