View Full Version : Some new Tablescape Ideas

This is a continuation of this thread (http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=61988&highlight=tablescapes)

Here are two new ones for 2011 :thumb:

The first is a granite slab tiered with a ceramic floor tile sample they house cheese and fruits.

The second slab houses the shrimp. We place the shrimp slab in the freezer for a couple of hours before serving.

Do you actually have clientele that eat all that fruit and cheese? When I catered my sister's wedding, nobody ate the $500 of vegetables and fruit I put out.

Yup, they killed most of that display. There were 160 guest.

There was any noticeable condensation to deal with from the slab. I imagine, if it was hot there would be more.:thumb:
