Experiments?

Have any of you ever tried making a cheese spread from ABT's? I was thinking about smoking up some turds with cream chease, pulled pork, and fatty then puree'ing in the food processor for a hot cheese spread on rye trisquits. Your thoughts please on this and any other appetizers to Q for the hoidays.

My wife makes a hot cheese DIP from pre-smoked fatty, melted Velveeta, and picante sauce, and it's awesome. Of course she's wanting to use smoked fatty for the Orange Bowl party.

Instead of Picante sauce (or in addition too) try a can of Rotel....mmmm now you have some great stuff.

Looked at going to the Rose Bowl, then decided that the $ would be better spent on a Porsche or two.

For the Rose Bowl I'm planning to make some turds, and then bread them and toss em in the fryer. Looking for a popper with a hint of smoke. Let ya know how they turn out.
