Fatties for Christmas Presents

I made an agreement with several friends not to exchange Christmas presents. I was thinking I'd give smoked fatties early and wanted to know how you guys would give them. With crackers? With cheese? What's your opinions?

Seriously, cheese and crackers may be a nice touch, or a can of ready to bake grands biscuits.

Funny story: I smoked up a two-pounder the other day and my wife had another one thawing on the counter at the same time I was ready to throw mine on the grill. I grabbed hers by mistake, which got me an "ahem" and the raised eyebrow. Later that day, as we were munching the newly-cooked fattie, I mentioned how some of you guys spray yours with a maple syrup mixture while it's cooking. She sez to me, "MMMM, you want to use mine?"

And they say you can get to a MAN through the stomach! :D
