Ingredients:
1 clove garlic minced1 medium onion minced5 tbs butter2 1/2 cups ketchup1/2 cup dark corn syrup1/2 cup honey1/2 cup pineapple juice1/3 cup cider vinegar 1 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)2 tbs spicy mustard w/horseradish2 tbs Worcestershire sauce1 tbs chili powder2 tsp salt1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp liquid smoke1/2 tsp black pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Cook all ingredients on stove top until hot and bubbly. Pour over both sides of Ribs or your favorite meat and put in fridge overnight. Smoke over low heat until meat is flaking off the bone and tender.
