3 Medium Tomatoes chopped 1/4 Medium sized canteloupe, peeled and chopped 1 bunch (6-8) green onions, chopped 4 Serrano Chiles (or 3 Jalapeņos if your guests are wimpy), minced 1 bunch of cilantro chopped 1 tsp sugar 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Salt & Black Pepper to taste.
Cooking Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Eat with Chips. Simple.
